Drive Up Driving School LLC (“we,” “us”) operates driveupnj.com. This policy explains, in plain English, what information we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

When you book a lesson, we collect only what’s needed to schedule and provide your instruction: your name, phone number, email, and pickup address. Bookings are processed and stored securely by Acuity Scheduling, our scheduling provider. If you call us, our call service may log the call to help us respond and improve our service. Like most websites, we also use analytics and advertising tools (such as Google Analytics and the Meta pixel) that collect standard, non-identifying browsing data through cookies.

What we do with it

We use your information to schedule lessons, pick you up, communicate about your training, and process payments. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone except the service providers that make our business run (scheduling, payments, communication). Information about our students — many of whom are minors — is treated with particular care and used only for driver education.

Cookies and ads

Our analytics and advertising tools may use cookies to measure how visitors use the site and how our ads perform. You can limit this at any time through your browser’s cookie settings or your device’s ad preferences.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time — just contact us and we’ll take care of it.
